As an Administrative Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the Elder Connect Coordinator through day-to-day administrative tasks.
This includes managing calendars,
scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, organizing online files, databases and
providing general administrative support while building strong organizational and
communication skills.
In this role, you will learn about non-profit administration and community services with the Elder Connect Program.
• Starting at $22/hour
• Starts as soon as May 15th, 2026 through August 2026 (Max 16 weeks)
• Average 35/hr a week.
• Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 4:30 PM (Some weekends and evenings may be needed)

The HUB Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for greeting and helping customers at the HUB store located in the Community Connect Innovation HUB.
The assistant position is an entry-level position that is targeted toward post-secondary or older-aged youth who may have some work experience and basic computer skills.
• Starting at $20/hour
• Starts as soon as June 1st 2026, to August 1st 2026
• Average 35/hr a week.
• Monday – Friday, will require some evenings and weekends

Ambassadors will be responsible for reaching out to the community to make connections across cultures and ages on behalf of Lillooet Learns’ Community Connect Innovation HUB.
They will be responsible for assisting the HUB Manager and the Store and Facilities Lead while being an ambassador for local events, programs, initiatives and art and culture.
The ambassador is an entry-level position that is targeted toward high school-aged youth who are looking for work experience during the summer months.
• Starting at $18.25/hour
• Starts June 29th 2026, to August 31st 2026
• Average 35/hr a week.
• Monday – Friday, will require some evenings and weekends
