100 People Who Care

A community microgrant run by a volunteer committee in Lillooet.

100 People Who Care is a movement for building a better world. Together we raise money for our community. 

Since 2017 the 100 People Who Care has awarded over $80,000 to initiatives in St’át’imc and Lillooet communities.

How it Works - 4 Times a Year

  1. Members donate $100
  2. Members nominate projects and submit an application for a group or person.
  3. The committee chooses 3 projects,
  4. Project representative make a 5 min pitch to the membership
  5. Members vote on which project should receive the donations
  6. The winner gets the pot of money!

Please email 100whocarelillooet@gmail.com to sign up to donate and contribute to our communities projects!  Please note that businesses can be members and teams can be formed and donate together each quarter (one vote per team).

Nomination Criteria

Follow the Facebook Page for nomination deadlines and update: fb.com/100WhoCareLillooet

Projects, organizations, individuals, groups and businesses are eligible for nominations. For ease of reference, this form will use the term “Project” to refer to all of the above. The project must benefit people in the following region: Upper St’at’imc Territory, Squamish-Lillooet Regional District Areas A & B, or the District of Lillooet. 

Only members can nominate a project.
