As an Administrative Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the Community HUB
Manager through day-to-day administrative tasks. This includes managing calendars,
scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, organizing online files, databases and
providing general administrative support while building strong organizational and
communication skills.
In this role, you will also learn about both business and non-profit administration at The Lillooet Community
HUB. You will support the HUB Manager with all aspects of running the retail store and
helping coordinate volunteers
• Starting at $18/hour
• Starts as soon as Feb 2, 2026 through July 2, 2026 (Max 26 weeks)
• Average 35/hr a week.
• Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 4:30 PM (Some weekends and evenings may be needed)
